Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Makkah, Madinah and beyond — every address our courier partner serves. Remote areas can take a day or two longer.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and interest-free instalments through Tabby and Tamara — no hidden fees. Cash on delivery is not available outside the UAE.

Do your products come with a certificate of authenticity?

Due to the scale and cost of individual lab testing, we don't provide third-party certificates with our products. However, we stand fully behind the authenticity of every stone we use.

If you'd like independent verification, you're welcome to get the product tested at any government-accredited gemstone lab within 7 days of receiving it. If the test shows the stone is not authentic, we'll refund both the product cost and the lab testing fee — no questions asked.
