How long does delivery to Saudi Arabia take?

Orders are packed and dispatched from Dubai within 24 hours and delivered across Saudi Arabia in 4–5 working days. You will receive a tracking link by WhatsApp and email.

Is delivery free?

Shipping is free on orders over SAR 149. Below that, shipping is a flat SAR 29.

Do I pay any customs or VAT on delivery?

No. All prices include 15% VAT and customs clearance. You pay nothing on delivery — the price you see at checkout is final.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or missing — we will replace or refund them at no cost to you.

Because orders travel across the border, we are not able to offer size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, so please check the size guide before ordering. Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Every crystal and stone we use is 100% natural and ethically sourced. Slight variations in colour, texture, or shape are natural characteristics — each piece is unique, not a flaw.

Which cities in Saudi Arabia do you deliver to?

Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Makkah, Madinah and beyond — every address our courier partner serves. Remote areas can take a day or two longer.

Do your bracelets come with a lab report?

Our lab reports are for samples drawn from the raw-material batch of each stone type and tested by a gem lab, so we don't include a separate report with each bracelet. Where a bracelet's stones have lab reports, you can view them on this page. We stand fully behind the authenticity of every stone we use.

If you'd like independent verification, you're welcome to get the product tested at any government-accredited gemstone lab within 7 days of receiving it. If the test shows the stone is not authentic, we'll refund both the product cost and the lab testing fee, no questions asked.

What counts as a damaged or defective item?

A damaged or defective item is one that arrives physically broken, structurally compromised, or is materially different from what you ordered. The full criteria are defined in our Return Policy.

Please note: natural variations in colour, tone, texture, or minor surface marks are inherent characteristics of genuine crystals and are not considered defects.

My stones look different from the product image — is that normal?

Yes, absolutely. Every natural crystal is one-of-a-kind. The product image shows a representative piece — your bracelet may vary slightly in colour, tone, pattern, or inclusions, and that's precisely what makes it uniquely yours.

Natural characteristics such as colour gradients, minor surface marks, or small inclusions are signs of an authentic stone, not flaws. These are not considered defects and are not grounds for a return.
