Our prices do not include import duties or taxes. Depending on your country, the courier may collect a duty, VAT or handling charge before delivery — this is paid by you on arrival and is not something we can prepay or refund.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or missing — we will replace or refund them at no cost to you.

Because orders travel across borders, we are not able to offer size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, so please check the size guide before ordering. Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Due to the scale and cost of individual lab testing, we don't provide third-party certificates with our products. However, we stand fully behind the authenticity of every stone we use.

If you'd like independent verification, you're welcome to get the product tested at any government-accredited gemstone lab within 7 days of receiving it. If the test shows the stone is not authentic, we'll refund both the product cost and the lab testing fee — no questions asked.

Natural characteristics such as colour gradients, minor surface marks, or small inclusions are signs of an authentic stone, not flaws. These are not considered defects and are not grounds for a return.
