Yes — we deliver the same day in Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi for an additional AED 15. Simply place your order before 10 AM, and it will arrive between 2–10 PM that day. Orders placed after 10 AM are delivered the following day. We rest on Sundays.

Yes, COD is available across the UAE. Please note that for COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit (valid for 1 year) rather than cash.

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you may choose between a full refund, a free replacement, or store credit — fully covered by us at no charge. Please note: for COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit only for security reasons.

For all other reasons (including change of mind), we offer store credit or replacement — a handling fee of AED 25 applies, plus any price difference. Store credit is valid for 1 year.

Due to the scale and cost of individual lab testing, we don't provide third-party certificates with our products. However, we stand fully behind the authenticity of every stone we use.

If you'd like independent verification, you're welcome to get the product tested at any government-accredited gemstone lab within 7 days of receiving it. If the test shows the stone is not authentic, we'll refund both the product cost and the lab testing fee — no questions asked.
