Return Policy

We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement/return.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer free replacements only for items with maufacturing defects such as defective elastic band, broken jewelry component and similar defects that could happen at the time of hand crafting the products.

We will try our best to replace the damaged items and only in case there is no replacement available, we will issue refunds.

Any other replacements for reasons other than damages or defects will cost AED 25 + price difference of the repalcement item and is subject to our approval.

Please allow us 4-5 business days to arrange repalcement however, we shall try our best to arrange it at the earliest.

Our products are hand-made and made of natural stones, crystals, rudraksha seeds, wooden components, hand poured wax etc and these have their inherent imperfections that define them. These imperfections are not to be considered as manufacturing defects.

We also cannot accept returns in case the customer changes his/her mind after placing the order or upon receiving the product. The actual product may be slightly different from their pictures on the website due to their natural characteristics and this shall not be considered as ground for refusal.

CERTIFICATION

High testing cost and logistical complexities make it diffcult for us to arrange lab testing and certification for our products especially since many of our items are handmade after we receive the order.

However, we assure that our products are natural and authentic.

In case customer feels that the product is not authentic, they are welcome to arrange lab testing at their own expense from local government accrediated gemologist.

If the product is found to be non-authentic, we will refund the product cost as well as the lab testing cost to the customer. However, if the product is found to be authentic, no amount shall be reimbursed.

The customer must arrange this within 7 days from the date of receipt.

ORDER CANCELATION

Once the order is confirmed, we do not accept cancelation unless one of the conditions listed above is fulfiled. 

Also, in case of Cash on Delivery orders, we cannot accept cancelation once the order is placed and the product is delivered within the stipulated delivery period.  

To start a return, you can contact us at luxury@aricomm.me. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

In case on online payment, the refund will be processed on your credit/debit card.

In case of COD, refund will be credited to the customer's online account for which, their account details shall be needed by us. Please be assured that we do not share customer details with any third party and is maintained under strict confidentiality.
