My stones look different from the product image — is that normal?

Yes, absolutely. Every natural crystal is one-of-a-kind. The product image shows a representative piece — your bracelet may vary slightly in colour, tone, pattern, or inclusions, and that's precisely what makes it uniquely yours.

Natural characteristics such as colour gradients, minor surface marks, or small inclusions are signs of an authentic stone, not flaws. These are not considered defects and are not grounds for a return.

Delayed replacement

Once i received the bracelet i came to know that it is too tught for my wrist and i immediately raised a return request, waiting until now for your team to approve it and confirm the next process to replace with a large size

its great although I was exoecting it to be as same as the photo on their page

The photo was a clear crystal but when I received it, it was not clear at all. it looks plastic-y. but I checked it, i knew it’s authentic. I just wish it was really really clear. but its still beautiful otherwise🤍

Thank you for your review. All crystals are natural therefore each one has a different appearance. It is perfectly normal to have impurities and inclusions in natural stones. This is what makes each piece unique.

Regarding quality, please note that Pyrite by nature tends to get oxidised and therefore has spots and blemishes on the surface. This gives it a 'rusty' appearance. This is completely normal for a genuine Pyrite bead bracelets.
