Due to the scale and cost of individual lab testing, we don't provide third-party certificates with our products. However, we stand fully behind the authenticity of every stone we use.

If you'd like independent verification, you're welcome to get the product tested at any government-accredited gemstone lab within 7 days of receiving it. If the test shows the stone is not authentic, we'll refund both the product cost and the lab testing fee — no questions asked.

Natural characteristics such as colour gradients, minor surface marks, or small inclusions are signs of an authentic stone, not flaws. These are not considered defects and are not grounds for a return.
