Shipping policy


Every order is packed and dispatched from our Dubai studio within 24 hours. You will receive a tracking link by WhatsApp and email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

United Arab Emirates

  • Free delivery on orders above AED 99. Below AED 99, delivery is AED 15.
  • Standard delivery in 1โ€“2 business days, between 2 pm and 10 pm, Monday to Saturday.
  • Same-day delivery in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for AED 15 โ€” order before 10 am, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 10 am are delivered the next day by 10 pm, and the AED 15 same-day fee is not refundable in that case. Orders placed on Sunday are delivered on Monday.
  • Cash on delivery is available across the UAE for a fee of AED 10.
  • Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel within the delivery window. Once an order is dispatched, a change of address can add 1โ€“2 days.
  • If three delivery attempts fail and the order comes back to us, a re-delivery fee of AED 20 applies.

Saudi Arabia

  • Free delivery on orders above SAR 149. Below SAR 149, delivery is SAR 29.
  • Delivery anywhere in the Kingdom in 4โ€“5 working days.
  • All prices include 15% VAT and customs clearance. There is nothing to pay on delivery.

Qatar

  • Free delivery on every order, in 3โ€“5 working days.

Kuwait

  • Free delivery on orders above AED 249. Below AED 249, delivery is AED 29.
  • Delivery in 3โ€“5 working days.

Everywhere else

  • Flat US$45 express shipping per order, however many pieces you add.
  • Delivery in 2โ€“4 working days from Dubai, with full tracking.
  • Local taxes and duties are not included. Depending on your country, the courier may collect a duty, VAT or handling charge before delivery; this is paid by you on arrival.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Interest-free instalments through Tabby and Tamara are available in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Cash on delivery is available in the UAE.

All payments are processed through 100% secure, encrypted channels.

If a delivery is delayed

We will always try to deliver within the promised window. If a delay outside our control pushes delivery beyond 5 business days in the UAE, 10 working days in the GCC, or 12 working days internationally, you may ask for a refund.

Delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, or by nobody being available to receive the parcel, are not eligible for a refund.
