  • Finally, you can also recharge your crystals by placing them under the light of the sun or the glow of the moon for a few hours.

Setting Intent & Manifestation:

  • After completing the cleansing process, focus on manifesting positive intentions for your stone or crystal.
  • State your purpose of usage with uplifting affirmations, as if you have already received the desired benefits.

No single method is the right one — most wearers settle on two or three favourites and rotate. Test gentle methods first; some softer stones don't love water or salt.

    Hold the stone in your palms. Settle on one positive intention — something you're inviting in, not warding off.

  2. Affirm

    State the intention out loud, in the present tense — as if it has already arrived.

    "I am steady, I am cared for, I am open to what's mine."

  3. Carry

    Place it where you'll see it, keep it in a pocket, or wear it on your wrist. Let it travel with you through the days.

  4. Return

    Bring it back to the ritual on the next full moon. Cleanse again, affirm again — the practice stays alive by repeating it.
