Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes — we deliver the same day in Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi for an additional AED 15. Simply place your order before 10 AM, and it will arrive between 2–10 PM that day. Orders placed after 10 AM are delivered the following day. We rest on Sundays.

Is delivery free?

Free standard delivery on all orders above AED 99 within the UAE. Standard orders arrive in 1–2 business days.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

Yes, COD is available across the UAE. Please note that for COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit (valid for 1 year) rather than cash.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you may choose between a full refund, a free replacement, or store credit — fully covered by us at no charge. Please note: for COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit only for security reasons.

For all other reasons (including change of mind), we offer store credit or replacement — a handling fee of AED 25 applies, plus any price difference. Store credit is valid for 1 year.

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, and sale items are not eligible for returns.

Every crystal and stone we use is 100% natural and ethically sourced. Slight variations in colour, texture, or shape are natural characteristics — each piece is unique, not a flaw.

Do you deliver outside the UAE?

Yes — we ship to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, and other GCC countries in 2–5 business days. For international orders, reach out to us at support@rawspiritual.com for rates and timelines.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do your products come with a certificate of authenticity?

Due to the scale and cost of individual lab testing, we don't provide third-party certificates with our products. However, we stand fully behind the authenticity of every stone we use.

If you'd like independent verification, you're welcome to get the product tested at any government-accredited gemstone lab within 7 days of receiving it. If the test shows the stone is not authentic, we'll refund both the product cost and the lab testing fee — no questions asked.

What counts as a damaged or defective item?

A damaged or defective item is one that arrives physically broken, structurally compromised, or is materially different from what you ordered. The full criteria are defined in our Refund Policy.

Please note: natural variations in colour, tone, texture, or minor surface marks are inherent characteristics of genuine crystals and are not considered defects.

My stones look different from the product image — is that normal?

Yes, absolutely. Every natural crystal is one-of-a-kind. The product image shows a representative piece — your bracelet may vary slightly in colour, tone, pattern, or inclusions, and that's precisely what makes it uniquely yours.

Natural characteristics such as colour gradients, minor surface marks, or small inclusions are signs of an authentic stone, not flaws. These are not considered defects and are not grounds for a return.
